    Homemade Egg Custard Recipe -- Crème brûlée
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Ricotta (substitute Greek yogurt)
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1½ cup water
  • 2 tblsp vanilla
  • ½ teasp artificial sweetener or Stevia
Directions:
Blender – 5 minutes
300º oven for 80 minutes
(bowl within a bowl of water to prevent burning)
