- Homemade Egg Custard Recipe -- Crème brûlée
- ½ cup Ricotta (substitute Greek yogurt)
- 10 Eggs
- 1½ cup water
- 2 tblsp vanilla
- ½ teasp artificial sweetener or Stevia
Blender – 5 minutes
300º oven for 80 minutes
(bowl within a bowl of water to prevent burning)
